摘　　要：制度权威问题是西方当代理论界最具活力的研究领域。其原因在于,对制度权威问题的探讨成为哲学、经济学、社会学等众多领域的核心问题。在这一意义上,新制度主义不是一个流派,而是一种潮流。同时,人们从诸多不同视角对制度权威问题的探讨又为当代西方制度权威理论研究提供了前提和基础。对西方制度权威基础理论进行分析,有助于合理地理解西方制度权威理论,推进对制度权威问题的研究和探讨。Due to the fact that its probe has become the core of philosophy, economics and sociology, institutional authority is the most vigorously studied area in contemporary Western theoretical circle. In this sense, New Institutionalism is a trend instead of a school. In the meantime, the various perspectives from which questions of institutional authority are researched upon provide premises and bases for the theoretical research of the institutional authority. Comment and analysis will contribute to our rational understanding of western institutional authority theories. In addition, it will propel further probe and research in this arena.
