摘　　要：冷战后,国际关系民主化成为了普遍诉求。但是,9.11之后美国发动的反恐怖战争尤其是伊拉克战争无疑对国际关系民主化形成显然的挑战。本文以伊拉克战争为视野,通过国际社会中个体本身的属性、个体间的互动能力和国际体系的结构三个方面来分析国际关系民主化在无政府状态下为何变成一个遥远的神话。After the Cold War, the democratization of international relations became the Universal appeal. However, the anti - terrorism war especially the Iraq War launched by the U.S. after the September 11 Incident has brought great challenge to the democratization of international relations without a doubt. The text analyzed how the democratization of international relations became a far mythology from the three aspects of the individual＇ s own property, the interaction ability between individuals and the structure of the international system in the international community, ete, through the viewpoint of the Iraq War.
