摘　　要：探讨了儿童咳嗽因质制宜的保育技术。根据小儿特点,将儿童体质分为正常质、热性质、寒性质、气虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质,并阐述了常见食物的性味属性,根据体质分型,提出了"因质制宜"的适宜技术,从儿童饮食、襁褓衣着、生活起居、情志培养四方面入手,制定了防治儿童咳嗽的保育技术,并附以简便、易行、具体的实施方案,应用于儿科临床,已取得一定的疗效。此技术对今后儿童咳嗽的防治及病后康复均有重要的指导意义。The treatment for cough in infants and children based on constitution and child care technique will be discussed in this passage. According to child s nature, children s constitution can be divided into different types, such as normal constitution, heat-constitution, cold-constitution, Qi-deficiency constitution, Yin-deficiency constitution and phlegm-damp constitution.
