摘　　要：张丽蓉老师对排卵功能障碍性不孕症的治疗积累了丰富的临床经验,通过多年临床经验总结出对排卵功能障碍性不孕症病因病机、辨证治疗的独到见解,认为肾阴肾阳的消长转化失常是排卵功能障碍的病机关键,治疗上应以补肾调经为主,并根据月经周期的阴阳消长转化规律,予以中药人工周期疗法,在临床上取得良好疗效。Dr ZHANG has a wealth of clinical experience for ovarian dysfunction infertility s etiology, pathogenesis and treatment. In her view the key to pathogenesis is conversion disorder on yin and yang of kidney. The treatment should be Trophoblast Kidney and Adjustment Menstrual, and in accordance with the Chinese artificial cycle of therapy . The treatment for ovarian dysfunction infertility shows perfect effects.
