环宁安冲方治疗节育器副反应90例最佳用药时间的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:运用国家级名老中医丁启后临床有效经验方——环宁安冲方治疗节育器(intrau terine device,IUD)副反应的临床疗效最佳用药时间的选择。方法:采用环宁安冲方治疗IUD副反应患者90例,分别于经前7日、经来3日、就诊当日用药,2周1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果:经前7日组临床治愈20例,显效4例,无效3例,总有效率90%;经来3日组临床治愈15例,显效5例,无效5例,总有效率为83.33%;就诊当日组临床痊愈13例,显效6例,无效6例,总有效率为80.00%。结论:环宁安冲方治疗IUD副反应于经前7日开始服药疗效最佳。Objective： DING Qihou-old traditional Chinese medicine using state-level were clinically effective after the experience of parties - Central Huan Ning An Chong Treating the clinical efficacy of IUD side effects best time of the choice of medication. Methods ：Adopt Pellet to cure the IUD by-reaction patient 90 examples,Divides into 3 groups stochastically, each group of 30 examples,Part for before menses rises 7th, Menses rises 3rd, See a doctor used medicine in that very-day, Take one sack of pellet orally every time,3 times per day, 2 Monday course of treatment, Results： The premenstrual on7th the group clinical cures20 examples,appear imitating 4 examples, 3 ineffective example, always have efficiency 90%; the group on 3rd cures 15 examples clinically ,appear imitating 5 examples, 5 in.effective examples, always have. efficiency for 83.33%; 13 examples seeing-a doctor be recovered set clinically in that very day, appear imitating 6 examples,6 ineffective examples, always have efficiency for 80.00%. Conclusion ： Huan ning an chong pellet play treat role to the by-reaction that IUD arouses.Take curative effect best, the relapse rate minimum before menses rises on 7th.
