CD系统结合椎间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱症

摘　　要：目的：通过CD椎弓根螺钉内固定系统和cage椎体间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱症临床疗效,进行随访,分析。方法：对40例腰椎滑脱症行后路椎管减压,应用CD椎弓根系统对滑脱椎体进行复位固定,椎体间融合及横突间植骨融合。结果：随访时间8~48个月,平均28个月,临床优良率为87.2%,8-14个月复查X片其中有37例椎体间骨性融合,融合率92.5%,2例发生融合器下沉（5%）,1例融合器移位（2.5%）。结论：CD椎弓根螺钉系统能有效地撑开、提拉滑脱椎体,复位满意,固定力强,并为彻底行椎管减压提供有效空间,结合椎体间植骨融合有效地提高植骨融合率。Objective： To observe the outcomes of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with CD pedicle screw system combined Cage. Methods： 40 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis underwent whole vertebral plate disectomy were recruited by CD pedicle screw system, Cage and intertran sverse process arthrodesis with bone grafting. Results： A1l patients were followed up for 8-48 months with anaverage of 28 months. the excellent and good rates were 87.2%, X-ray after 8-14 months showed 37 bone graft fusion,the rate 92.5%, 2 cases happened with cage free settlement（5%）, 1 cases met with cage displacement （2.5%）. Conclusions： CD pedicle screw system can effectively distraction, lift of dislocated vertebrate, satisfied restoration, strong fixing ability and add useful space for whole vertebral plate disectomy, the combination of cage is effective path in improvement the rate bone graft fusion.
