摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎是一种以累及周围关节为主的多系统性、炎症性的自身免疫性疾病,致残率较高,目前尚无特效疗法。病人以女性居多,女和男比例约为3：1。发病年龄平均约为30-50岁。其盛行率约为1%,且随年龄增加而增高。Rheumatoid Arthritis is a kind of multi-systemic, inflammatory autoimmune disease, which injured small joints .It has Higher disability. There is no specific therapy for the moment. Female patients are more than male patients, and the proportion is about 3： 1. The average age of onset is about 30 - 50 year-old. Its incidence is about 1% and increased with age.
