针刺合谷穴对周围性面瘫患者面神经诱发电位波幅的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺合谷穴对周围性面瘫患者面神经诱发位波幅的即时影响。方法:测定周围性面瘫患者面神经颊支的诱发电位波幅,观察患侧面神经波幅降低程度,针刺合谷穴5min后,再测面神经诱发电位波幅,比较针刺合谷穴前后波幅的变化。结果:针刺合谷穴5min后,显著提高患侧面神经诱发电位波幅(P<0.01)。结论:针刺合谷穴能即时影响受损面神经的诱发电位波幅,影响面神经的功能,是针灸治疗面瘫中循经远端取穴的有力证据。Objective ：To probe the immediate effect of amplitudes of facial nerve evoked potential on peripheral facial paralysis patients. Methods ：To measure the amplitudes of evoked potential of buccal branches of facial nerve on peripheral facial paralysis patients; to observe the reduced degree of injured facial nerve, and to measure it again after acupuncture at Hegu five minutes, to compare the change of the amplitudes of evoked potential. Results ：After five minutes acupuncturing at Hegu, the amplitudes of facial nerve evoked potential significantly elevated （P〈0.01） compared with betore. Conclusion：To acupuncture at Hegu can immediate affects the amplitudes of facial nerve evoked potential, and affects the function of facial nerve. This is the strong proof of selecting acupoints of ＂the corresponding meridian distal to the focus＂ when using acupuncture-moxibustion to treat peripheral facial paral, ysis patients.
