针药并用治疗药物流产术后流血60例

摘　　要：目的:观察口服中药加味生化汤及配合针刺治疗药物流产术后流血的临床疗效。方法:将符合药物流产指征60例早孕妇女随机分为治疗组和对照组,同样方法服用米非司酮配米索前列醇,终止妊娠,治疗组在妊囊排出后给予加味生化汤口服,同时配合针刺,对照组未予任何干预,并对两组阴道出血的时间、出血血量、转经情况、月经周期等进行观察。结果:治疗组妊囊排出后阴道出血总有效率为86.7%,明显好于对照组,治疗组出血天数(9.76±7.82)天,明显短于对照组(15.56±6.40)天。对药物流产后10天左右复查B超检查,治疗组宫内异常改变少于对照组。结论:加味生化汤配合针刺对缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间,减少阴道出血血量疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the biochemical soup flavored oral medicine and acupuncture treatment of bleeding after medical abortion clinical efficacy. Methods： The medical abortion would be in line with indications of 60 cases of early pregnant women were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the same way using mifepristone with misoprostol to terminate the pregnancy, the treatment group at discharge after pregnancy sac biochemical flavored soup oral, at the same time combined with acupuncture, the control group had not been any interference, and two sets of vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume, turning the situation under observation, such as the menstrual cycle. Results： The treatment group pregnancy vaginal bleeding after capsule from the total effective rate was 86.7%. Significantly better than the control group, treatment group,the number of bleeding days （9.76 ±7.82） days, significantly shorter than the control group （15.56 ±6.40） days. on medical abortion 10 days after the review of B-ultrasonography, abnormal changes of intrauterine treatment group than the control group. Conclusion： The biochemical soup flavored shortening drugs combined with acupuncture for post-abortion bleeding time, reduced blood volume effect of vaginal bleeding obvious.
