两种中药复方体外对白假丝酵母菌生物膜形成的影响

摘  要:目的:观察两种中药复方体外对白假丝酵母菌生物膜形成的影响。方法:采用结晶紫染色法和MTT法评价白假丝酵母菌生物膜的体外生长动力学,微量稀释法检测两种中药复方对白假丝酵母菌悬浮菌及其生物膜的抑制作用以及药物包被对白假丝酵母菌生物膜形成作用。结果:生物膜内白假丝酵母菌数量随培养时间延长而增加。两种中药复方对白假丝酵母菌悬浮菌的最低抑菌浓度50%(MIC50)分别为3.725、3.925mg/mL,对生物膜的SMIC50与SMIC80分别是3.725和7.725mg/mL,3.925和7.85mg/mL。两种中药复方包被浓度分别在3.322、2.269mg/mL以上时对其生物膜形成的抑制作用有显著性。结论:两种中药复方对体外白假丝酵母菌生物膜具有明显的抑制作用。Objective :To observe the effect of Two Chinese herbal compound on C.albicans biofilm formation in vitro. Methods :Crystal violet staining and MTT assay were performed to evaluate the growth kinetics on C. albicans biofilm formation in vitro,Trace dilution was used to detect the susceptibility of planktonic and biofilm C.albicans to Two Chinese herbal compound,and the influence of coating the wells of a microtiter plate with Two Chinese herbal compound on C.albicans biofilm. Results :The biomass of C.albicans increased with culturing time. The planktonic MIC50 values of C.albicans to Two Chinese herbal compound were 3.725mg/mL, 3.925mg/mL, The planktonic sessile MIC(SMIC50, SMIC80) values of C.albicans to Three Chinese herbal compound were 3.725mg/mL and 7.725mg/mL, 3.925mg/mL and 7.85mg/ mL, respectively.The coating of a microtiter plate with Two Chinese herbal compound had an inhibitory effect on subsequent biofilm formation. Conclusion : Three Chinese herbal compound could significantly inhibit C.albicans biofilm formation in vitro.
