摘　　要：目的：用HPLC-ELSD法对蒺藜皂苷元进行含量测定。方法：用HPLC-ELSD法测蒺藜中的含量进行测定,色谱条件ODS柱（5μm,250mm×4.6mm）,流动相：乙腈-水（97：3,V/V）。结果：蒺藜皂苷元在0.83-4.98μg呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9993,n=5）,平均回收率为99.8%（n=9）,RSD为1.30%。结论：本方法简便易行,适用于蒺藜的含量测定。Objective：An HPLC-ELSD method was established for determination of terrestris saponin. Methods：ODS column（5μm,250mm×4.6mm）and evaporative light scattering detector（ELSD） were used. Acetonitrile-water（97：3, V/V）were used as mobile phase.Results：There was a good linear relationship （r=0.9993,n=5）when terrestris saponin was 0.83~4.98μg.The average recovery rate was 99.8% and RSD was 1.30%.Conclusion：The method was simple and accurate.It could be used for the determination of terrestris saponin.
