补肾益脑汤治疗脑梗死的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药补肾益脑汤对实验性脑梗死大鼠脑细胞保护的作用机理。方法用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)模型,具有脑梗死临床特征者为脑梗死大鼠模型,共50只。对模型随机分为模型组、对照组、治疗高剂量组、治疗低剂量组各10只,同时设正常对照组10只,用药30天后取出大脑,观察梗塞灶周围脑组织中bFGF及VEGF表达情况。结果通过治疗实验性脑梗死大鼠的观察,该药对脑细胞保护已能达到治疗目的。结论补肾益脑汤对实验性脑梗死大鼠有治疗作用。Objective： To study the neuro-protective effect of Bu Shen Yi Nao decoction （BSYN） in rat model of cerebral ischemia. Methods： To use the transient middle cerebral artery occlusion model （MCAO）. The animals were randomly divided into five groups （n=10 each）： control group, sham group, MCAO group, BSYN decoction treating group with large dose as well as with lower dose. 30 days after treating, the level of bFGF and VEGF expression in the peripheral infarct were observed. Results： This medicine has achieved the therapeutic goal. in the peripheral infarct.Conclusion： Bu Shen Yi Nao decoction may play an important role in treating MCAO rat model due to its neuron protective effect.
