摘  要:介绍了甲苯法生产己内酰胺废液的分离工艺条件、废液中盐的提纯和有机油的利用方法。对高温焚烧后的废液,通过共沸蒸馏和溶剂洗涤,将其分离成水、盐和油,水可并入公司现有处理排放系统;盐中的环己烷羧酸磺酸采用双氧水氧化-活性炭吸附进行提纯精制,得到的产品纯度为98.5%,收率为90.2%;分离出来的油可作燃料油使用。The separation process conditions of caprolactam wastewater by manner of toluene is introduced, the purification process for salt in wastewater and the utilization technology for oil is indicated. The waste fluid after high-temperature incineration can be separated into water, salt and oil through azeotropic distillation and solvent washing. The water can be merged into the existing drainage system. The product of cyclohexane carboxylic acid-sulfonic acid in salt can be achieved by the purification process of hydrogen peroxide oxidation and activated carbon adsorption, the product purity and yield are 98.5 % and 90.2% ,respectively.The oil separated from the process can be used as fuel oil.
