摘　　要：生物钟BMAL1基因编码一种bHLH/PAS结构域转录因子家族蛋白质,是分子昼夜震荡器的关键元件,对于哺乳动物昼夜节律的产生是必需的。近年来的研究发现,BMAL1基因不仅在调控生物的昼夜节律中发挥一定作用,而且在脂肪细胞的增殖和分化、糖代谢、能量平衡方面起着关键作用。这些研究结果为BMAL1基因与脂肪代谢以及肥胖之间的联系提供了支持。The BMAL1 gene encodes a member of the basic helix-loop-helix/PER-ARNT-SIM （bHLH/PAS） family of transcrip- tion factor. BMAL1 is a key element of the molecular circadian oscillator and is necessary for generation of circadian rhythms in mammals. Recently, studies have shown that BMAL1 gene plays a key role not only in regulating circadian rhythms but also in adipocyte proliferation and differentiation, glucose metabolism and homeostasis in mammals. These results provided supports for a link between BMAL1 gene and fat metabolism and obesity.
