摘 要:大庆外围葡萄花油层主要为石油储量丰度小于20×10^4t/km^2的特低丰度油藏,常规技术经济条件下难以有效开发,为此开展了大庆外围油田的特低丰度超薄(厚度不足1m)葡萄花油层水平井开发试验。通过综合应用地震解释、油藏精细描述、整体建模、数值模拟、经济评价、测井、录井、水平井远程导向和注水开发调整等多学科技术,不断加大水平井开发技术研究应用力度,实现了外围特低丰度储量的高效开发。形成了水平井优化设计方法,完善了适应超薄油层特点的水平井随钻调整技术,探讨了水平井注水受效特征及其影响因素、递减规律,研究了以完善注采关系为主,直井分层不对称注水、水平井分段精细调整低丰度葡萄花油层综合调整技术,创新了“分段动用、分段调整”综合调整思路。已投产91口葡萄花油层水平井,平均单井含油砂岩长度275.1m,含油砂岩钻遇率71.7%,初期单井日产油15.1t,稳定日产油10.0t,为周围直井的4倍以上,取得了较好的开发效果。The Putaohua reservoir in Daqing peripheral oilfield is mainly low abundance reservoirs with abundance lower than 20 × 10^4t/km^2. To develop such kind of reservoirs effectively is difficult under current economic condi- tions and by conventional technologies. The horizontal well development experiment in low abundance Putaohua reservoirs ( thickness 〈 1 m ) is made. Through seismic interpretation, fine reservoir description, overall modeling, simulation, economic evaluation, logging, horizontal well remote orientation and water injection development adjustment ete, and by increasing research and application of horizontal wells development technology, the efficient development for periphery oilfield with low abundance reserves is realized. Horizontal optimization design method is formed and horizontal drilling adjustment technology adapted to ultra-thin oil layer is improved. Horizontal injection water effect, influencing factors and decreasing law are discussed in this paper. Comprehensive adjustment technology aiming at low abundance Putaohua reservoirs, including perfect injection-production relation, zonal asymmetric water injection and fine adjustment of horizontal segments, are all studied here, providing an innovative idea of "sectional producing and sectional adjustment". 91 horizontal wells have been put into operation with good development effect for the average length of oil-bearing sandstone for single well is 275. 1 m, horizontal drilling footage in oil-bearing sandstone is 71.7% , initial oil production of single well is 15.1t/d, stable oil production is 10. 0t/d, which is more than 4 times that of vertical well.
