摘 要:薄差油层聚合物驱过程中,采用同一种分子量的聚合物驱替,会由于低渗透层渗透率过低,造成油层堵塞、动用程度低。对于薄差油层,需要适当降低注入的聚合物分子量,同时控制高渗透率层注入量,这就是薄差油层聚合物驱分质分压注入的基本思路。基于这一思路研发了配套的井下分注工具及工艺管柱,实现对分层分子量、注入量的双重调节,并在注聚区块开展了现场试验,见到明显效果。In the polymer injection process of thin and poor reservoirs, the polymer with the same molecular weight will cause reservoir blocked and low recovery due to the ultra-low permeability of reservoirs. For the polymer injection of thin and poor reservoirs with different polymer molecule weights and pressures, it is necessary to decrease the molecular weight properly and control the injection rate of high permeability layer. Therefore, a suit of downhole tools and tubing string for separate injection which can regulate both the molecular weight and the injection amount is developed based on the above-mentioned thought. Field tests have achieved obvious effect in the polymer injection blocks.
