摘  要:松辽盆地北部深层天然气勘探取得历史性重大突破,2005年初大庆徐家围子地区提交了1018.68×10^8m^3天然气探明储量,中石油公司提出了“松辽盆地北部深层天然气勘探要成为重点,加快天然气勘探开发步伐,尽快探明第2个、第3个1000×10^8m^3天然气”的要求。但是,大庆油田泉二段以下岩石可钻性差、硬度高、钻速慢,常规的钻井液钻井技术不能满足大庆气田快速勘探开发的需要。为此,试验、推广了气体钻井技术,大幅度提高了钻井速度,与常规钻井相比平均机械钻速提高4~6倍,单井钻进周期缩短11d以上,并成功试验了储层氮气钻井,发现和保护储层效果显著。形成了7项气体钻井关键技术,试验取得较好的应用效果,指出了气体钻井存在的主要问题和攻关方向。The exploration of natural gas in deep zone of north Songliao basin has obtained a historic achievement. In 2005, more than 100 billion cubic meters natural gas reserves were explored in the Block Xujiaweizi of Daqing Oilfield. CNPC proposes that the exploration of natural gas in deep zone of north Songliao Basin should become the focus of work, and natural gas exploration rate should be speeded up so as to discover the second and the third 100 billion natural gas reserves as soon as possible. However, the formation below Quan Ⅱ in Daqing Oilfield is of poor drillability, high hardness and low ROP. In addition, the conventional drilling technology with liquid drilling fluids can not meet requirements of rapid exploration and development of Daqing gas field. Therefore, the gas drilling technology has been widely used to improve the drilling rate in Daqing gas field. Compared with that of conventional fluid drilling technology, the average drilling rate of gas drilling technology was increased by 4 -6 times, and the drilling cycle of single well was decreased by over 11 days. Besides, reservoir nitrogen drilling technique was successfully tested which has prominent effect on finding and protecting reservoirs. 7 key gas drilling technologies have been formed with good effects in field tests. The key problems and further research areas of gas drilling have been pointed out in this paper.
