摘 要:射孔完井是目前国内外使用最广泛的一种完井方法。从射孔深度控制技术、高效射孔技术、个性化射孔技术、射孔机理及优化等方面阐述了大庆油田射孔技术的发展历程和现状,认为目前的射孔技术已经实现了深穿透、大孔径、高孔密、定方位、低伤害和数字化,达到了国内领先水平。大庆油田射孔技术历经50年发展的实践也表明,射孔技术的全面提高和综合完善保证了油田勘探开发目标的实现,提高了油田勘探开发效果,满足了各种特殊要求,为工艺技术的发展及优化奠定了基础。Perforated completion has been widely applied in oilfields in china and abroad. This paper introduces the development course and current state of perforation technique in Daqing oilfield, including perforating depth control, high efficiency perforation technique, perforation mechanism and optimization, and presents that the current perforation technique has attained the advanced level in China by realizing deep penetration, large aperture, high density pattern, direction finding, low damage and digitization. The 50 years practice of perforation technique also proves that overall improvement and comprehensive perfection of perforation technique can ensure the realization of objectives in exploration and development, improve the effect and meet specific requirements, which provide a foundation for the development and optimization of perforation technique.
