摘 要:人工举升系统是生产井实现有效开采的必要手段,也是油田开发中数量最大、能耗比例最多的生产环节之一。大庆油田的开发程度逐步加大,生产井数不断增加,综合含水持续上升,导致举升系统的设备数量和能耗比例不断上升。因此,大力发展新型节能举升工艺技术,对于进一步提高油田的开发效益,提高自然资源利用率,以及建设节约型社会具有十分重要的意义。通过回顾大庆油田节能举升工艺技术的发展历程,总结了一些有价值的经验和做法,对于地面直驱螺杆泵、潜油柱塞泵、无游梁全平衡抽油机、大传动比抽油机等几种新型节能举升工艺的工作原理和特点进行了分析评价;结合国内外人工举升工艺的技术现状,对今后节能举升工艺的发展进行了分析和展望。Artificial lift system is one of the key equipments for production wells. The quantity and the overall energy consumption of artificial lift equipments are also the largest in the oilfield. With the development of Daqing Oilfield, the number of producers increases quickly and the overall water-cut rises as well, which stimulate the increase of number and energy consumption of artificial lift systems. As the result, the application of innovative artificial lift technology is of great significance for the improvement of development efficiency of mature oilfield and the increase of utilization ratio of natural resource, as well as for the creation of an economic society. This paper reviews the development of energy-saving artificial lift technology in Daqing Oilfield. A series of valid experience and treatments are summarized. Several innovative energy-saving techniques are introduced, including direct-drive PCP, electric submersible reci-pump, total balanced non-beam pumping unit and high transmition ratio BPU etc. Based on the discussion of the new development of artificial lift system in petroleum industry, this paper presents the outlook of energy-saving lifting technique in the future.
