摘  要:采用宽带积分聚焦输出镜,通过对叶片单位面积激光吸收总能量—硬化效果之间关系的试验研究,在激光硬化深度和宽度上取得了突破,获得了合适的激光加热工艺参数,实现了对超超临界汽轮机末级长叶片防水蚀硬化层的激光硬化处理的产品应用。Laser hardening of the last-stage blade of steam turbine has been carried out by using broadband integrating focusing outgoing mirror. The relation between unit area absorbed energy of the blade and hardened effect has been experimental researched. The hardened depth and width of the blade have been improved largely. By obtaining the appropriate laser hardening technical parameters, the laser hardened anti-erosion layer of the last-stage blade of ultra supercritical steam turbine has been finished and applied.
