摘　　要：通过软冗余PLC技术,实现了用1套PLC系统对3台20 t/h工业链条锅炉的控制。介绍了应用软件的组态,实现了PLC控制系统在电源、中央处理器和通信模块3个主要设备的软冗余功能,重点解决了CPU使用率高这一难点。软冗余PLC技术的优点是成本低和易于实现,对提高工业锅炉控制的安全性和经济性具有重要意义。Three 20t/h chain furnaces using a PLC control system are realized through soft redundancy PLC technique. The hardware disposition is introduced, which has realized the PLC soft redundancies control system in the power source, central processor and communication module. At the same time, the technique has solved difficulty point which is how to reduce CPU utilization ratio. Soft redundancy of PLC technology has the advantages of low cost and easy to realize, is of great importance for improving the safety and economy of industrial boiler.
