摘 要:通过对工业流体流速分布规律的分析,提出了基于分区测速原理的两相流体流量测量方法。该方法把整个流体的流通截面划分为若干个信息窗区域,根据超声波多普勒测速原理,采用一个换能器发射信号,多个换能器接收信号的方式测量各信息窗区域内流体的流速值,然后利用"加权积分法"得到流体的流量。侧重论述了工业流体的流速分布规律,分区流速测量原理,以及加权积分法流量计算方程。试验证明,该方法有效减小了因流体流速分布不均而产生的测量误差,提高了多普勒流量计的测量精度。By analyzing the velocity distribution law of industrial fluid, this paper presented a measuring method for the flow of two-phase fluid based on zonal fluid velocity distribution measurement. The whole cross-section of fluid flow was divided into sever- al information windows by this method. According to the ultrasonic Doppler method for measuring the speed of liquid, this method can measure the flow velocity value in the area of each information window, using the manner of one transducer emits ultrasonic wave and multiple transducers receive ultrasonic wave. Then, to obtain the fluid flow by using weighted integral algorithm, this pa- per focused on the velocity distribution law of industrial fluid, the theory of zonal fluid velocity distribution measurement and the flow calculating equation established by weighted integral algorithm. The experiment results prove that this method effectively re- duces the measurement error caused by the uneven distribution of the flow velocity, and increases the accuracy of Doppler ultrason- ic flowmeter.
