摘 要:硬质合金往往不能同时兼备高的硬度和高的韧性,而淬火处理可以在不降低硬度的同时提高硬质合金的韧性。通过X射线分析研究了淬火处理以后Co相的变化规律及合金表层应力的变化情况。采用电解脱溶的方法分析了淬火处理以后Co相中α-Co的含量,通过TEM分析,观察了WC棱角的情况和Co相的微观结构,分析发现,经淬火后,WC棱角普遍变为圆滑状,Co相层错密度减小,从而,有效的抑制了α-Co向ε-Co的转变,提高了硬质合金的强度和韧性。The cemented carbide alloy sometimes have a poor combination of high hardness and toughness. However, its toughness can be improved obviously after quenching without any decrease in hardness. The change pattern of Co phase and the variation on skin stress of alloy after quenching was explored by means of X-ray. The content of α-Co in Co phase after quenching was investigated by electrolytic precipitation. At the same time, the microstructure of Co phase and edge structure of WC phase was observed by means of TEM. It was founded that the edge of WC phase exhibited a round form after quenching, and the fault density in Co phase decrease, which suppressed the phase change from α-Co to ε-Co effectively, hence the toughness of cemented carbide alloy improved after quenching.
