摘  要:桉树的种植在当前是一个备受关注的话题,其种植土壤的生物活性变化更是研究热点之一.综述了桉树种植后的磷酸酶、脲酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶及多酚氧化酶等与土壤碳、氮、磷循环相关的土壤酶活性变化规律及其在林下的分布特点,并全面系统的揭示了其与土壤养分、微量元素及微生物活性之间的密切关系.最终对桉树林地土壤酶研究存在问题及其应用研究前景进行展望.The soil bioactivity of Eucalyptus forest was always concerned by more and more researchers. In this paper, variations of soil enzymatic activities, such as invertase, CM-cellulase, acid phophatase and alkaline phosphatase, phenol oxidas and urease activities, and the distributions under Eucalyptus forest were summarized. At the same time, the relationships between soil enzymatic activities and soil nutrition, microelements and microbiology were described comprehensively and systematically. Finally, prospects in future were put forward.
