胍基磷酸盐阻燃处理涤棉布应用研究

摘　　要：采用胍基磷酸盐为主要活性成分,对涤棉布进行阻燃处理。结果:阻燃处理后的涤棉布氧指数达45.3;热失重分析,阻燃处理后的样品在800℃时,热失重不超过70%;扫描电镜观测,经阻燃处理后的样品在500℃,仍保持良好的纤维结构;阻燃处理后样品的热释放速率仅为对照样品的50%。结论:胍基磷酸盐阻燃剂对涤棉布具有良好的阻燃效果。The cotton polyester fabric has been retardant treated by the guanidine phosphate,which serves as a main active component.Results：The oxygen index of the cotton-polyester fabric treated by the retardant amounts to 45.3.By thermo-gravimetic analysis,the gravimetry ofthe sample treated by the retardant is no more than 70% at 800 ℃.By SEM observation,the sample treated by the retardant maintains good fiber structure at 500 ℃.The heat release rate of the sample treated by the retardant is 50% of contrast sample only.Conclusion：The cotton-polyester fabric treated by the guanidine phosphate has well retardant effect.
