复方苦参凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂80例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参凝胶对宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法将复方苦参凝胶直接涂抹于80例患者的宫颈糜烂面上,每2天1次,8天为一个疗程,轻度1-2个疗程,中、重度3~4个疗程,观察疗效和不良反应。结果80例患者中,痊愈75例,有效5例,未发现无效病例,也未发现不良反应。总痊愈率为93.8%,总有效率为100%。结论复方苦参凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂具有很好的临床疗效。Objective To observe Kushen compound gel on the clinical effect of cervical erosion. Methods Compound Kushen gel will be directly applied in 80 cases of patients with cervical erosion surface, once every two days, 8 days for a treatment course of 1-2 with mild, moderate and severe course of 3-4 months to observe the effect and adverse reactions. Results The results of 80 cases of patients, 70cases fully recovered, 6 show effect, 4 cases of valid, invalid cases were found, but also found no adverse reactions. The total recovery rate was 93.80/60, total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Compound Kushen gel in the treatment of cervical erosion with good clinical efficacy.
