摘　　要：在美国的长期孤立和封锁下,古巴共产党领导古巴人民坚持走社会主义道路,压而不垮,欲摧弥坚,并逐步走上了民族振兴之路。其奥秘在于:古巴共产党采取了一系列惠民措施,取信于民,得到了人民群众的认同与拥护,从而巩固了其执政的合法性基础。Under the long - term isolation and blockade by the United States, the Communist Party has leaded the Cuban people to adhere to the socialist system, rather than collapsed. And gradually the Cuban took the road of national rejuvenation. The mystery lies in a series of good measures that the Cuban Communist Party has adopted which have wined the people＇s confidence and obtained the people＇s recognition and supports . These measures have helped to strengthen the legitimacy base of the Cuban Communist Party＇ ruling; helped to strengthen the legitimacy status of the party＇s ruling. It will have a major practical significance on the socialism development in our country to explore the mysteries of Communist Party＇ Long-term ruling .
