摘　　要：通过对百余家医院放疗设备的测量和了解,发现部分医院在以下几个方面存在常见的技术错误或较大误差:(1)吸收剂量的测量和对加速器的剂量刻度。(2)处方剂量的计算。(3)放射生物方面,如用于非常规分割与常规分割之间剂量换算的L-Q模型等。(4)治疗程序当中的误差。为此笔者加以总结、警示并说明正确的方法,以供参考。Through measurements and investigations for the radiotherapy requrements of over a hundred hospitals, we fonnd some common technical mistakes or the gross errors in some hospitals on the followings： （1） absorbed dose measurements and the dose calibration for the linear accelerators. （2） calculation prescription dose. （3） radiobiology, e.g., L- Q Model for transform between nonnormal fraction and normal fraction, et.al.（4） the errors during the radiotherapy procedures.So we make a summary and warning and give correct methods for reference.
