摘　　要：PACS是全面解决医学影像与数据采集、管理、储存、显示与处理、图像的输出以及工作流程管理的综合数字化系统,是医学影像设备及相关信息达到充分整合、共享的关键,随着信息技术的飞速发展和计算机应用水平的不断提高,PACS系统代表着目前医疗信息系统应用的最高水平,也是医院信息化发展的必然趋势。医院构建PACS系统,要有前瞻性的全局整体规划,要充分考虑将来与HIS的集成和系统的可发展性。PACS is the comprehensive solution medicine phantom and the data acquisition, the management, the storage, the demonstration and processing, the image output as well as the work flow management synthesis digitization system, is the medicine phantom equipment and the correlation information achieved the full conformity, the sharing key, along with the information technology rapid development and the computer application level unceasing enhancement, the PACS system is representing the present medical service information system application maximum level, also is the hospital informationization development inevitable trend. 3＂he hospital constructs the PACS system, must have the forward - looking overall situation whole plan, will have to consider fully the future and his integration and the system malleability.
