摘　　要：目的:制作一种多用笔式掰安瓿工具,解决护士在掰安瓿时出现头部折裂破损后造成工作人员伤害的问题,从而提高医疗操作的安全性,达到保护医护人员的目的。方法:应用镶牙自凝塑料制作模具,并在一端留出空间以插入安瓿,装入小磨头弹簧等小件物品制成后用于将安瓿掰断。结果:经临床使用后效果满意,在应用操作过程中可将多种规格安瓿掰开,该工具能够很好地将安瓿瓶掰断,并且安瓿无折裂破损,临床应用效果良好。结论:该工具结构简单,设计科学,能够提高工作效率,并对医护人员起到保护作用,是一套稳妥、可靠的组合式掰安瓿器,具有很好的推广应用价值。Objective To produce a novel tool for breaking off the ampoule bottles, which can protect the nurses from wounding their fingers by the glass fragment so as to guarantee the safety for the nurses. Methods We design a mould with the self curing plastic and leave some space in the end to insert the ampoule bottle, then fix the bistrique and spring to break off the bottles. Results This tool can break off several kinds of ampoule bottles with any bottles cracked and has achieved good clinical effect. Conclusion This mulfunctional tool is scientificly designed, easy to make, and it is very helpful for the medical staff in protection and enhancing working efficiency, so it is very valuable to be popularized in hospitals.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2009,30 （9）：62-63]
