胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠血清GAS的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)含量的影响。方法:采用自制反流液灌胃建立实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠模型,以吗叮啉为对照,观察胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学和血清GAS含量的影响。结果:模型组大鼠胃黏膜出现明显破损,脱落,黏膜下可见大量炎细胞浸润,大部分大鼠可见不典型增生和肠上皮化生,同时血清GAS含量明显下降;与模型组比较,各治疗组均可明显改善实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学,升高血清GAS含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),胃炎饮高、低剂量组血清GAS含量明显高于吗叮啉对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:胃炎饮可显著升高胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠血清GAS含量,改善胃分泌和运动,促进胃黏膜修复。Objective：To observe the effect of Weiyanyin on Gastrin （GAS） in blood plasma of experiment bile reflux gastritis rats. Methods ： To make the model of experiment bile reflux gastritis by drinking reflux liquid, compared with Domperidone, the effect of Weiyanyin on Pathological histology and GAS in blood plasma of bile reflux gastritis rats was observed. Results ： The mucosal of rats in model group was damaged, amotic, and a lot of inflammatory cell could be seen, glandular organ hyperplasy and intestinal metaplasia in most of rats; At the same time the content of the GAS was decreased; Compared with model group, Weiyanyin could improve pathological histology of experiment bile reflux gastritis rats, increase the content of GAS（P 〈0.01 ） ;the content of GAS in high, low dosage group Compared with the control group was significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Weiyanyin could increase the content of GAS in blood plasma of experiment bile reflux gastritis rats significantly, improve gastric secretion and movement, and promote mucosal repair.
