摘 要:目的:测定华盖散传统汤剂、颗粒汤剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定华盖散传统汤剂与颗粒汤剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量,选用Agilent C18柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(4:96)为流动相,1mL/min为流速,207nm为检测波长。采用稀释法体外测定华盖散不同煎液对常见菌种的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:华盖散传统汤剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量低于颗粒汤剂中的含量,传统汤剂中的平均含量为6.5011mg/处方,颗粒汤剂中的平均含量为7.0901mg/处方。颗粒汤剂对大肠杆菌有抑菌作用而传统汤剂对其没有抑菌作用。结论:该法测定盐酸麻黄碱简便、准确,重复性良好,方中其它成分对测定无干扰。颗粒汤剂比传统汤剂的抑菌作用较强。Objective:Determination of ephedrine in HuaGaiSan traditional decoction and kernel decoction. Methods: HPLC was used. An Agilent SB- C18 eoluran was used, the mobile phase was aeetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (4 : 96), the flow rate was lmL/min,the detective wavelength was 207nm. The MIC and MBC of different decoction were determined with the dilution method in vitro. Results : the content of ephedrine in traditional decoction was lower than that in kernel decoction, the average content was 6. 5011 mg per prescription in traditional decoction and 7.0901 mg per preseription in kernel decoction. Kernel decoction showed the suppressive effect to colon bacillus but traditional decoction did not. Conclusion:The method is simple, convenient, exact and has good reproducibility, the other ingredients have not interferences for the determination,the suppressive effect of kernel decoction is better than that of traditional decoction.
