复宫止血胶囊对药流大鼠子宫蜕膜组织Fas FasL的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药复方复宫止血胶囊对药流大鼠子宫内膜病理变化和蜕膜组织Fas、FasL的影响,探讨其减少药物流产后出血的机理。方法:将妊娠大鼠24只造模后随机分为3组,模型组、益母草组、复宫止血胶囊组,妊娠第13天是处死各组大鼠,光镜观察大鼠子宫内膜病理变化,免疫组化法检测各组大鼠蜕膜组织Fas、FasL表达。结果:复宫止血胶囊各组Fas平均OD值显著高于模型组和益母草组(P<0.05),复宫止血胶囊各组FasL平均OD值显著高于模型组和益母草组(P<0.05)。结论:复宫止血胶囊能够促进蜕膜组织Fas、FasL表达,促进蜕膜组织凋亡。Objective： To observe the effects of Fugongzhixue capsule （FGZXC）, a pure Chinese herbal compound preparation, on levels of Fas and FasL of deciduous membranes of incomplete termination of early pregnant rats, and discuss the role of FGZXC in reducing bleeding after drug abortion. Methods ： 30 rats after building model were divided into 3 groups, including model group, Yimucao control group, FGZXC group. The deciduous membranes tissue was observed by light microscope. The express of Fas and FasL were tested by immunohistochemical. Results ： The average optical density of Fas in FGZXC group were significantly higher than in model group and Yimucao control group. The average optical density of Fas in FGZXC groups were also significantly higher than in model group and Yimucao control group. Conclusion： The FGZXC can induce the expression of Fas,FasL in deciduous membranes to enhance its apoptosis.
