摘 要:目的:在针灸理论指导下,比较研究传统补泻手法"烧山火"、"透天凉"对阳虚、热证模型家兔血清溶菌酶(LSZ)含量的影响。方法:日本大耳白兔42只,随机分为空白对照组(A组)、阳虚模型组(B组)、阳虚烧山火组(C组)、阳虚透天凉组(D组)、热证模型组(E组)、热证烧山火组(F组)、热证透天凉组(G组)。阳虚组以腹腔注射氢化可的松造模,热证组以腹腔注射大肠杆菌内毒素造模。分别采用传统补泻手法"烧山火"、"透天凉"交叉治疗,用比浊法检测血清LSZ含量。结果:两种手法均可增加阳虚模型(P<0.01,P<0.05)和实热模型家兔血清(P<0.01)LSZ含量。对阳虚模型,"烧山火"有优于"透天凉"的趋势(P>0.05),对实热模型,"透天凉"有优于"烧山火"的趋势(P>0.05)。结论:传统补泻手法"烧山火"、"透天凉"对阳虚证、实热证模型家兔血清LSZ确有影响,均可提高机体免疫力和抗感染力,其效应上存在一定差异。Objective : Under the guidance of the theory of acupuncture, comparative study of the influence between the traditional reinforcing - reducing manipulation Shaoshanhuo and Toutianliang on deficiency and excess syndrome rabbits' lysozgme(LST) content. Methods: 42 healthy Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into the control group (A), Yang deficiency model group(B) , Shaoshanhuo treatment for Yang deficiency group(C) , Toutianliang treatment for Yang deft- eieney group(D) , excess - heat model group ( E), Shaoshanhuo treatment for excess - heat group (F) , Toutianliang treatment for excess- heat group(G). Yang deficiency model were produced by intraperitoneal injection of Hydrocortisone, excess - heat model were produced by intraperitoneal injection of E. coli toxins. By using traditional manipulation Shaoshanhuo and Toutianliang cross - treatment of Yang deficiency and excess - heat syndrome. To detect LSZ content in the serum by Turbidimetry. Results : Both manipulations could increase the LSZ content in the serum of both Yang deftcieney model( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ) and excess - heat model ( P 〈 0.01 ). For Yang deficiency model, with tendency of Shaoshanhuo was superior to Toutianliang( P 〉 0.05 ), for excess - heat model, with tendency of Toutianliang was superior to Shaoshanhuo( P 〉 0.05 ). Concluzion : Traditional manipulation Shaoshanhuo and Toutianliang have effects on Yang deficiency and excess - heat model rabbits' LSZ content, they can improve the immunity and anti - infectious, and there are a little differences of influence between them.
