摘　　要：目的:研究拳参正丁醇提取物(PBNA)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用研究。方法:采用大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,测定大鼠心脏冠脉流量、心率、左心室收缩压、左心室舒张压。结果:PBNA能有效地增加大鼠心脏冠脉流量;同时可使心率减慢、左心室收缩压升高、左心室舒张压降低。结论:PBNA可通过扩张冠脉、减慢心率、增强心肌收缩力对心肌缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用。Objective： To research the protective effects of polygonum bistorta L. n-butyl alcohol （PBNA） on myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion injury. Methods： A rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury was made and treated with PBNA The changes investigated included coronary artery blood flow levels,heart rate, left ventficular systolic pressure, and left ventficular diastolic pressure. Results： After treatment, the coronary artery blood flow levels and the left ventricular systolic pressure were increased, the heart rate and the left ventricular diastolic pressure were decreased. Conclusion： PBNA has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia/repeffusion injury because it dilates the coronary artery, reduces heart rate, enhances myocardial contractile force.
