摘　　要：目的：探讨输尿管镜在球部尿道损伤治疗中的应用价值。方法：对因骑跨伤致球部尿道损伤患者（14例损伤期,1例炎症期）采用电视监视下输尿管镜下留置导尿管行尿道会师术。结果：15例均一次性成功,随访1-12个月,疗效较满意。结论：采用输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗球部尿道损伤,创伤小,安全性高,疗效好,有临床应用价值。Objective：To explore the value of ureteroscopy in treating bulbourethral injuries. Methods： Due to injuries caused by riding cross bulbourethral injury patients （fourteen cases injury period, one case inflammation）, the use of TV surveillance uretero2 scope indwelling catheter for the road realignment was applied. Results： Fifteen cases were one-time successful, and the treatment validity was satisfactory according to the follow-ups from 1 to 12 months. Conclusions： Ureteroseope used in the treatment of urethral realignment bulbourethral injury has advantages in little trauma, high security, efficacy, and has demonstrated high diagnostic value.
