30例健康成人的瞬目反射与面神经诱发电图关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:明确瞬目反射各波(R1、R2、R2’)之间及其与面神经诱发电图之间的相关关系。方法:对30例健康青年进行面神经诱发电图(颧支)及瞬目反射测试。对瞬目反射各波的潜伏期、波宽、波辐及其与面神经诱发电图M波各参数进行比较,并计算相关数据间的相关系数。结果:(1)瞬目反射电图中R2与R2’的潜伏期、波宽与波辐呈高度相关性,但R1与R2、R2’的相关性不明显。(2)面神经诱发电图与瞬目反射电图的各数据之间的相关性不明显。结论:该实验研究结果印证了瞬目反射产生的解剖生理学原理。在临床工作中,全面测试、综合分析瞬目反射与面神经诱发电图可充分掌握面神经病变的情况。Objective： To explore the relationship between R1,R2 and R2＇ of blink reflect, and that between blink reflect and facial nerve electroneurogruphy （ENoG）. Methods： Blink reflect and facial nerve ENoG of 30 healthy young adults were tested by DISA Neuromatic. The results of blink reflect and facial nerve ENoG were compared. R1,R2 and R2＇ were compared with each other, and the date were analysed. Results： （1）There was correlation between R2 and R2＇ （blink reflect） , but there were no difference between R1 and R2,R2＇ in latency, duration and amplitude. （2）Facial nerve ENoG was correlated with blink reflect without any significance. Conclusion： The results show the application of blink reflect combined with facial nerve ENoG can improve the dignosis ratio of the facial nerve disease.
