特勤人员应对方式的心理社会应激因素研究  

A Study on the Psycho-Social Stress Reponse Style in Special Workers

摘　　要：目的探讨影响特勤人员应对方式的心理社会应激因素。方法对437名特勤人员进行量表测评,包括特质应对问卷、艾森克人格问卷、生活事件量表(LES)和症状自评量表,数据采用SPSS 15.0软件包进行统计分析。结果特勤人员应对方式与其个性特征、心理健康、生活事件等心理社会应激因素存在显著相关性。多元逐步回归分析显示,对积极应对方式影响较大的依次为内外向、忧郁、精神质和偏执(标准回归系数依次为0.440、-0.357、-0.221、0.163);对消极应对方式影响较大的依次为神经质、偏执、内外向和正性工作学习事件(标准回归系数依次为0.602、0.188、-0.094、0.083)。结论特勤人员应对方式受个性特征、心理健康及生活事件等多因素的影响。Objective To study the psycho-social stress＂ factors of reponse style in special workers. Methods Four hundred and thirty-seven special workers were evaluated by Trait Reponse Style Questionnaire（TCSQ）,Eysenck＇s Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）, Life Event Seale（LES） and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Data were analyzed with SPSS 15.0. Results The results showed that there was significant relationship between special workers＇ reponse style and age, rank, personality, mental health and life event. In multiple correlation regression analysis it was show that the extraversion, depression, psychoticism and paranoid ideation were main factors affecting positive reponse style of special workers（standardized coefficients were 0. 440,--0. 357,--0. 221 and 0. 163 respectively） ,and neurotisism,paranoid ideation,extraversion,positive working and learning event were main factors affecting disappearing reponse style（standardized coefficients were 0. 602,0. 188,--0. 094 and 0. 083 respcetively）. Conclusion The personality,mental health and life event had significant influence on special workers＇ reponse style.
