肾移植病房消毒隔离与微生物污染监测的护理管理

摘　　要：[目的]探讨肾移植病房消毒隔离与微生物污染监测的病房护理管理。[方法]本文通过设监控护士,对病室治疗室、隔离室空气进行生物监测,采样细菌培养。结合医院每月的医护人员手、物体表面、灭菌器械、消毒物品、消毒液等细菌监测结果进行控制。[结果]总结出适合于肾移植病房的消毒隔离与护理管理方法。[结论]系统整体护理适合肾移植病房的管理。[Objective] To explore the nursing management of disinfection and monitoring mieroorgamsm contamination in isolation wards. [ Methods] Through the monitor nurses, we perform biological monitoring in the air of the rapeutic wards and isolation wards, and the bacteria of samples were cultured. We controlled the bacteria infection based on monitoring the monthly medical personnel, object surface, sterilization equipment, disinfection objects and disinfection. [Results] We summarized the suitable methods of disinfection and nursing management for renal transplant ward. [ Conclusion ] We systematically manage the suitable care for renal transplant wards management.
