非穿透性小梁手术联合透明质酸钠生物胶植入术治疗开角性青光眼的护理探讨

摘  要:[目的]探讨非穿透性小梁手术联合透明质酸钠生物胶植入术治疗开角性青光眼的护理。[方法]对31例(36眼)开角性青光眼患者行非穿透性小梁手术联合透明质酸钠生物胶植入术,通过做好心理护理,积极术前准备,密切观察病情,做好健康指导,有效预防并发症确保手术达到最佳效果。[结果]术前平均眼压(未用任何降眼压药物)(32.16±9.16)mmHg,术后1周平均眼压(7.56±2.83)mmHg,术后6个月(15.01±4.65)mmHg,经统计学处理,手术前后眼压有统计学差异,术后1周及6个月视力基本稳定,所有患者术后均形成显著弥散滤过泡。[结论]非穿透性小梁手术联合透明质酸钠生物胶植入术治疗开角性青光眼疗效肯定,并发症少,为开角性青光眼患者提供了一种更安全的治疗方法.[Objective] To evaluate the nutting of nonperforating trabecular surgery (NPTS) combined with reticulated hyaluronie acid implant on tile treatment of open-angle glaucoma. [ Methods ] NPTS combined with reticulated hyaluronie acid implant was performed on 36 eyes of 31 patients with open-angle glaucoma. By performing better psychological nursing care, actively operation preparation, closely observation on condition, and better health guidance, complications could be prevented effeetively and the best effect of operation could be ensured. [Results] IOP decreased from mean (32.16 ± 9.16) mmHg before operation to mean (7.56 ± 2.83) mmHg after operation for one week, and mean (15.01± 4.65) mmHg after operation for 6 months. There was statistical difference between preoperative and postoperative IOP. These patient's vision kept stable after op- eration for one week and 6 months. After the operation, there were ob^ious diffuse blebs in all the eyes after operation. [ [Conclusion] Nonperforating trabeeular surgery with reticulated hyaluronic acid im plant can effectively lower the IOP. The post--operative complications were much less. Therefore, NFTS is a safer way for treatment of open-angle glaucoma.
