代谢综合征患者短期胰岛素强化治疗血清超敏c-反应蛋白和白介素-6水平变化

摘　　要：目的:观察代谢综合征患者短期胰岛素强化治疗前后血清超敏c-反应蛋白和白介素-6水平变化。方法:选择正常对照组和代谢综合征组,每组各50例,检测两组超敏c-反应蛋白和白介素-6水平,并观察短期胰岛素强化治疗后代谢综合征组上述二指标变化。结果:代谢综合征组超敏c-反应蛋白和白介素-6水平明显高于正常对照组,且短期胰岛素强化治疗后超敏c-反应蛋白和白介素-6水平有所下降。结论:超敏c-反应蛋白和白介素-6等炎症因子水平与代谢综合征发病相关。Objective： To investigate the changes of serum hc - reactive protein and IL- 6 in patients with metabolic syndrome by shorterm insulin intensive treatment. Methods ： We selected 50 patients with meta- blic syndrome and 50 normal control subjects, and the levels of serum hc - reactive protein and IL- 6 were measured and the changes of hc - reactive protein and IL - 6 in metablic syndrome by shorterm insulin intensive treatment were observed. Results： Metablic syndrome group had higher levels in serum hc - reactive protein and IL - 6 than normal control group, and the levels of serum hc - reactive protein and IL - 6 de- creased by shorterm insulin intensive treatment. Conclusion ： Hc - reactive protein and IL- 6 are closely correlationship with metablic syndrome.
