改革护士长夜查房制度,强化薄弱环节的管理

摘　　要：目的:通过对2007年我院护士长夜查房效果的分析,改革护士长查房制度,不断优化薄弱环节的管理,做到护理管理无缝隙。方法:通过对2007年护士长夜查房效果的分析,将其与改进后的2008年护士长查房效果进行对照。结果:护士长夜查房应在以下薄弱环节加强改进。讨论:查房时间应分为上下夜,应把工作繁忙的中午涵盖,查房内容的设计应有时段的针对性,查房的结果应及时反馈给科室和护理部,护理部针对查房中发现的问题,提出切实可行的解决方法。Objective： Continuously optimize management on weak link through analyzing the night ward round effect performed by our head nurses in 2007 and reforming ward round system of head nurses to manage well the nursing work. Method：analyze the night ward round effect of head nurses in 2007 and compare the effect with the improved ward round effect of head nurses in 2008. Result：strengthen and improve the following weak links of night ward round performed by head nurses, the ward round time shall be divided into the first half of the night and the latter half of the night; including the busy midday; ward round content design shall have interval pertinence; the ward round result shall be fed back to the related department and the nursing department in time;the nursing department shall raise the operable solution aiming at the problem found in ward round.
