摘 要:目的:探讨不同X线成像及拼接方法对下肢径线/角度数据采集的客观性。方法:分别采用分段移动球管及固定球管投射点的方式获取下肢X线影像进行拼接,并基于此作下肢径线/角度数据的测量,与CT三维重建所得真实数据作比较而衡量其偏差。结果:分段移动球管投射法摄片因投射角度的变化使分段照片间缺乏良好拼接,固定球管投射摄片法分段照片间可良好拼接。对于径线的长度测量,分段移动法致成像边缘变形、放大较小,所得数值均较接近真实值;对于涉及到肢体全长所作的角度测量项目,则球管固定摄片法使段照片间可良好拼接,减少人为误差,接近真实值。结论:因应测量数据的不同选用不同的摄片方法,充分利用各自的优势,可更客观地完成临床影像资料评估。Objective: To explore the advantages and disadvantages of different modes of X-ray projecting and stitching on lower extremity radiography, and evaluate the objectivity of the radiographic data collected. Methods: The radiographic data was obtained by using both mobile X-ray tube and immobile X-ray tube. Axis alignments and angles of lower extremities were measured from the radiographs and were compared with true values obtained from CT 3-dimentional reconstruction. Results: Radiographs could not be integrated well in the mobile-tube group due to projecting angles variation,which was opposite to the immobile-tube group. As to length measurement, mobile projecting brought less distortion and less magnification, and led to the relative true measurement results. As to the angle measurement on the long radiographs, immobile projecting reduced measurement error because of better film-integration. Conclusions: In order to evaluate clinical radiographic data more objectively, the X-ray projecting mode should be determined according to different types of data.
