摘　　要：目的：探讨结缔组织生长因子（CTGF）在骨科领域的研究进展。方法：通过文献检索1991～2008年关于CTGF在骨科领域的相关文献，进行资料总结、分析。结果：CTGF是CCN家族成员的一种富含半胱氨酸的细胞间基质分泌蛋白，可促进软骨细胞、成骨细胞、血管内皮细胞及间充质细胞的增殖和分化。结论：CTGF在骨的形成和修复过程中起重要作用。Objective ：To investigate the research advancement of connective tissue growth factor （ CT- GF） in the field of orthopedics. Methods：This articles is talking about the research of CTGF in the field of orthopedics by summarizing and analyzing the data in the related literatures from 1991 to 2008. Results ：The CT- GF, a member of the immediate early gene CCN family, is a cysteine -rich secretary protein, could promotes the proliferation and differentiation of chondrocytes, osteoblasts, vascular endothelial cells and mesenchymal cells. Conclusions ： The CTGF plays important roles in the process of skeletal growth and modeling/remodeling.
