摘　　要：Ⅰ型糖尿病的传统治疗方法存在各种问题,而细胞移植治疗作为一种新方法与以往方法相比具有不可替代的优势。我们系统查阅了有关细胞移植治疗糖尿病的文献,回顾近年来糖尿病细胞移植治疗的研究与应用,综述了几种细胞移植的历史、发展及优点和缺点,有关胰岛移植的相关研究及诱导干细胞分化为胰岛素分泌细胞的最新进展。In the conventional treatments of type I diabetes, there are various problems. As a new adequate treatment of diabetes, cell replacement therapy of diabetes has been applied and given research priority. We have investigated the applications of cell transplantation in the treatment of diabetes and have retrieved the relevant articles on cells transplantation for the treatment of diabetes. In this paper, we review the history, development, merits and demerits of cell transplantation and the recent advances in pancreatic islet transplantation research. The latest progress in the induction of stem cell to differentiate into the insulin-producing cells was also introduced.
