摘 要:目的探讨女性下生殖道解脲脲原体(Uu)不同生物群与临床症状及体征的相关性。方法收集本院性病门诊就诊的女性患者宫颈分泌物Uu临床标本,并登记就诊者的相关症状,以多条带抗原(MB-Ag)基因为靶位设计分群引物进行Uu生物分群检测。结果共收集132株Uu,其中Parvo生物群占74.24%,T960生物群占25.76%。未检测到Uu混合感染的标本。86例就诊者存在一种或多种临床症状或体征,其中Parvo生物群59例,T960生物群27例,T960生物群感染者更偏向于具有临床症状或体征者(P<0.05)。结论Parvo生物群是女性下生殖道感染Uu中的优势菌群,T960生物群更容易引起临床相关症状或体征。Objective To investigate the relationship between the two biovars of Ureaplasma urealyticum isolated in lower genital tract and the clinical symptoms of female patients in the STD clinic. Methods A total of 132 Ureaplasma urealyticum samples as well as related symptoms of these patients were collected in the study. The Ureaplasma urealyticum strains were biotyped b? polymerase chain reactinn according to the muhhiple-banded antigen (MB-Ag) gene. Results Of all the 132 Ureaplasma urealyticum isolates, biovar Parvo was 74.24% , biovar q960 was 25.76% (34/132), respectively. 86 patients ( including 59 patients infected with biovar Parvo and 27 with biovar T960) had one or more related symptoms. Significant difference in the ratio of clinic symptoms between the two biovars was observed by chi-square test analysis (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion the results implied that Parvo is the dominant biovar, while T960 may be the biovar that tends to cause the symptomatic diseases in the lower genital tract in female.
