摘  要:简述了大容量Y型油喷嘴的雾化机理,介绍了单只喷嘴流量为5t/h的Y型油喷嘴结构特点和冷态试验研究情况。试验结果表明:研制的大容量Y型油喷嘴的雾化性能良好,达到了用户提出的各项要求。该喷嘴已在巴基斯坦木扎法戈电站320MW机组上运行,取得了良好的实绩。Abstract The spray mechanism and structure feature of the type Y steam atomized oil burner for large capacity 5t/h are discussed in this paper, and the experimental investigation on it in cold condition is also described. The test results indicated that spray performance of developed oil burner for capacity 5t/h is very good and have accorded with the demands of user. This large capacity type Y steam atomized oil burner has running in Pakistan, Muzaffargarh Thermal Power Station extension unit No.4(320MW) and good effects have been obtained.
