摘  要:碳酸钙热分解是炉内喷钙脱硫过程中的一个重要反应,对脱硫有较大的影响。该文采用热天平研究碳酸钙分解机理。在热重分析的基础上,按不同化学反应机理求解动力学参数和回归误差,根据相关系数最小的原则确定最佳分解机理。研究结果表明:单步随机成核是喷钙脱硫过程中碳酸钙热分解的主要反应机理。Abstract Dissociation of calcium carbonate is one of the imporant reactions that take place in a furnace when the former is injected for the removal of solgor. The paper reports has the mechanism of dissociation was studied with the help of a hot balance. Based on thermal gravity, the solution for the dynamic parameters and the regression deviation was found for different chemical reactions and the most dissociation mechanism found according to the principle of the minimal corelation coefficient. Research results show that single step random nucleation is the most probable reaction mechanism of calcium carbonate during its high temperature dissociation which being injected for desulfening.
