摘  要:为了研究薄板坯连铸过程中浸入式水口位置(对中、向右倾斜4°、向左偏移2 cm、向右偏移2 cm、向前偏移2 cm、向后偏移2 cm)对结晶器内流场的影响,采用1:1的结晶器模型和现场实际使用的浸入式水口进行了水模拟试验;采用PIV系统测量结晶器右半部的流速及Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ处涡心位置等流场特征;采用DJ800水工测量系统测量结晶器左半部液面的波动。结果表明:1)水口向右侧倾斜4°后,造成结晶器内左右流场不对称,流股对右侧的冲击点上移。2)水口左右移动后,Ⅰ处平均涡心位置变化不大,Ⅱ处平均涡心位置均下移;水口向左移后,Ⅲ处平均涡心位置下移;水口向右移后,Ⅲ处平均涡心位置变化不大;水口左右偏移后,其涡心变化范围与水口对中时相比变化不大;结晶器液面波动降低。3)水口前后偏移后,Ⅰ处平均涡心位置变化不大;Ⅱ处平均涡心位置下移;Ⅲ处平均涡心位置上移,涡心变化范围变小;结晶器左侧液面的最大波动及各点波动的差别均减小,且向后偏移时的减小幅度更大。The effect of the SEN position (in the middle,4° right inclination,2 cm left shift,2 cm right shift,2 cm forward shift,2 cm backward shift) on the CSP mould flow field was researched by water simulation with a full scale mould model and an actual SEN. The velocity and the position of vortex heart in right part of the mould were studied by particle image velocity (PIV) ,and the wave-height gauge was measured by DJ800 in left part of the mould. The results show that. I )When SEN is migrated to the right side,the flow field in mould is not symmetrical and the impact position of stream on the right mould goes up. 2)When SEN is left or right shifted,the average position of vortex heart in I changes little,and the average position of vortex heart in II is shift down. The average position of vortex heart in III is shift down when the SEN is left shifted and has little change when the SEN is right shifted. The mould level fluctuation is decreased. 3)When SEN is forward or backward shifted,the average position vortex heart in I changes little,and the average position vortex heart in II is down shifted, but the average position vortex heart in III is up shifted and the change scope becomes small. The difference of the maximum level fluctuation of the right part liquid level and the fluctuation of each point decreases;the level is reduced even more when the SEN is backward shifted.
