摘 要:丹宁酸通过Mannich反应改性聚甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺(PMAA-AM),制得丹宁酸改性PMAA-AM鞣剂(丹宁酸/PMAA-AM),通过XRD分别对PMAA-AM、丹宁酸/PMAA-AM进行了结晶度测定。将用量为8%(以酸皮质量分数计,下同)的PMAA-AM、丹宁酸/PMAA-AM、丹宁酸和铬粉分别应用于绵羊酸皮的鞣制工艺中,对其进行物理机械性能测试,并与6%PMAA-AM预鞣结合2%铬粉鞣制以及用6%丹宁酸/PMAA-AM预鞣结合2%铬粉鞣制后坯革的各项性能进行了对比。XRD结果表明,经丹宁酸改性后,丹宁酸/PMAA-AM的结晶度为9.04%,相对于PMAA-AM的结晶度13.54%有所降低。应用结果表明:经6%丹宁酸/PMAA-AM预鞣结合2%铬粉鞣制的坯革鞣制效果最好,坯革的收缩温度可提高47.0℃,达到94℃,坯革的增厚率可达69.20%;与常规铬鞣相比,采用6%丹宁酸/PMAA-AM预鞣结合2%铬粉鞣制坯革的抗张强度、断裂伸长率均有大幅提高,撕裂强度有较大幅度的提高,同时可减少常规铬粉用量的75%。Polymer methacrylic - acrylamide ( PMAA - AM) was prepared by free radical polymerization, then modified with tannin by mannich reaction to prepare tannin/poly methacrylic - acrylamide( tannin/PMAA- AM). PMAA -AM and tannin/ PMAA - AM was characterized by XRD respectively. 8% tannin/PMAA - AM, 8% PMAA - AM, 8% tannin and 8% chromate (based on pelt weight)were applied in leather making process respectively, compared with the results of 6% PMAA -AM associated with 2% chromate tannage and 6% tannin/PMAA - AM associated with 2% chromate tannage. XRD results demonstrate that the crystallization of tannin/PMAA - AM decreases to 9.04% from 13.54% of PMAA - AM. The application results show that the leather tanned by 6% tannin/PMAA - AM associated with 2% chromate tannage presents the best properties. The shrinkage temperature of the leather can be raised by 47.0℃ and the thickness increment ratio of the leather increases by 69.20% ; the strengthen and toughing properties are far more than that of chromate tanned leather. And the chrome powder used decreases 75 %.
